Do you agree with Freds strategy to reduce the likeliness that rootthink will occur? I hadnt ever savvy of classthink before this week. How about you guys? After I read our speech notes and textbook chapter, however; I find myself not agreeing with his strategy. When I imagine myself in the scenario and being in work-related group meetingsI agree that it is difficult to speak up and share in front of so many people. I think it privy be intimidating to be in a group and expected to be completely honest; so I can truly understand our textbook when it mentioned that groupthink has a weight to develop people agree with for each one other (Kenrick, Neuberg, & antiophthalmic grammatical constituent; Cialdini, 2007). For this main reason, I do not agree with Fred. I dont think its the most clear-cut strategy to reduce groupthink. Which other way can Fred pass to reduce the likelihood of groupthink during the meeting? I think Fred would hold back greater success at r educing groupthink if he would give birth the employees to meet with him individually or one-on-one. This strategy was taught in our claver notes.

We learned that this individual feedback would greatly reduce the presence of others (Argosy, 2011). I have been in situations where employers have used this strategy, and it genuinely does perplex along to be better overall.
